IT System Admin

The IT System Admin ensure’s that Robover’s IT infrastructure and systems effectively support operational needs by providing advanced technical support, administering essential IT services, and progressively contributing to the stability, security, and continuous improvement of the IT environment.

Education and Experience

• DEC or AEC in Information Technology (networks or systems), with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT support and/or systems administration.
• Bilingualism (French and English) required to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with French- and English-speaking colleagues and suppliers.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong experience with Microsoft environments (Windows 10–11, Microsoft 365).
• Active Directory administration (user management, access rights, and permissions).
• Windows Server administration (2016–2022).
• Good understanding of basic DNS and DHCP concepts.
• Experience providing Level 2 and Level 3 technical support.

Assets

• Experience with Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Configuration and management of Group Policy Objects (GPO).
• Cisco networking equipment (Meraki).
• Virtualization platforms (Hyper-V).
• IP telephony systems.
• IT service management and ticketing tools (e.g., Zendesk).
• Knowledge of backup systems, firewalls, and VPN configurations.
• Experience supporting IT environments in a manufacturing setting.
