Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor oversees the maintenance department, ensuring the proper functioning of production equipment. This role is responsible for managing maintenance personnel, coordinating repairs, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance personnel
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
• Manage repair and maintenance projects
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and standards
• Oversee inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized services
• Analyze maintenance data to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Respond to emergency maintenance issues
• Train and develop maintenance team members
• Prepare and manage maintenance budgets

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of experience in maintenance or production machinery management
• Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) in Electromechanics of Automated Systems, Engineering, Facilities Management, or equivalent experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of building systems, equipment, and safety regulations
• Proficiency in maintenance management software
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
